Mr. Stearns joined CMS in April 2021. Prior to joining the Group, he was a director of a well-known investment bank and the investment director of an independent private equity firm, possessing over 10 years of experience in investment and finance in Europe and America’s pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Stearns obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from University of Bristol in 2000.
