Mr. Lee Sien Liang, Joseph (“Mr. Lee”) was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company on 29 June 2026. Mr. Lee is currently the joint managing director and partner of LVM Law Chambers LLC, a Singapore-based international renowned law firm. Mr. Lee is a Singapore-qualified lawyer with over 22 years of legal practice experience in dispute resolution, commercial litigation and international arbitration. During his practice, he advised and represented clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, civil litigation matters and international arbitration proceedings. Prior to co-founding LVM Law Chambers LLC, Mr. Lee was a partner at Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP and worked at Jones Day and Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow in Singapore. He is a director at LVMT Private Ltd. and Kamiwayoi Pte. Ltd.. He currently also serves as the founding company secretary of GDInstitute, an independent, non profit organization established to raise the standards of directorship and corporate governance in Singapore and the region. Mr. Lee has served and continues to serve on various professional disciplinary panels and committees, including the Law Society of Singapore, the Disciplinary Panel of the Singapore Dental Council and the Disciplinary Panel of the Council for Estate Agencies. Mr. Lee obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore in 2003 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2004.
