Ms. Li joined CMS in 2003 and remained with the Group since then. Ms. Li was the Director of the Compliance Department of the Group. Ms. Li possesses over 10 years of finance, tax and pharmaceutical
companies’compliance experience. Ms. Li obtained a bachelor’s degree of management in electronic data processing accounting from Jilin University of Finance and Economics in 2001. She is a non-practicing member of Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
