China Medical System Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that on 05 July 2021, New Drug Application of Diazepam Nasal Spray (the “Product”) has been accepted by the National Medical Products Administration of the People’s Republic of China. The Product is an acute treatment of intermittent, stereotypic episodes of frequent seizure activity (i.e., seizure clusters, acute repetitive seizures) that are distinct from a patient’s usual seizure pattern in people with epilepsy 6 years of age and older. The Product had been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
