The 13th International Congress of Ophthalmology and Optometry China (“COOC”) and 2013 International Orthokeratology Academy Forum (“IOAF”) was held successfully in Shanghai from March 29 to March 31, 2013. About 1,000 doctors, experts and scholars in ophthalmology and optometry as well as famous manufacturers from China, US, and some Asian and European countries attended the conference. The conference was made up of workshops, meetings, exhibitions and consultations which showed new theories, new ideas and new technologies in ophthalmology that effectively improved the development of ophthalmology globally.
