CMS greeted the distinguished guests from afar-the CEO, Mr. Georg Boonen and the Export Director, Mr. Alastair Oakeshott of Max Zeller Söhne AG, a Swiss herbal medicine manufacturer, to celebrate the success of signing an agreement as well as to witness the new chapter of starting the collaboration on 30 September, 2013.
CMS and Zeller successfully signed the agreement on 27 August, 2013, and CMS acquired the exclusive right to import, register, sell, market, promote and distribute three herbal medicines of Zeller, Ze 339, Ze 450 and Ze 440, in China for a period of 30 years. This is the first time CMS obtains in-licensed products for the Direct Academic Oriented Promotion Network with a long-term exclusive product right for the Chinese market.
During the ceremony, Mr. Lam Kong, the CEO of CMS expressed that herbal medicines have great market potential in China and we have full confidence in Zeller`s products, and he believes CMS can create another sales miracle by its professional promotion. The CEO of Zeller, Mr. Georg Boonen also expressed his great delight in finding an excellent partner as CMS, and he believes the cooperation between the two parties will be very harmonious and successful.
