From 11 to 12 June 2011, the second training program for phase four regional management trainee was successfully held in the Shenzhen Poly Hotel. This training program referred to the tier training course system, and invited two regional managers to discuss how to become a qualified regional manager of CMS. And the training course also included an interactive Q&A section, the two regional managers clearly answered questions regarding to the business and management which was proposed by the trainees. The manager of sales management department also answered the questions about sales policy which was also raised by the trainees and gave a conclusion of the two days training.
