From 10 July to 3 August, CMS new staff training was successfully completed at the National Defense Education Base of Longgang district and Langshan Hotel of Nanshan district. The new staff training is the most important and the most professional training program of CMS, which can facilitate the social role changes of medical graduates from a student into a qualified sales representative or a professional management trainee, and also can help medical representatives which were recruited from the job markets to quickly adapt to the sales model of CMS
