The conference was held in Beijing Crab Island Holiday Resort on June 14, 2014. 38 agents from northeast, northwest and north districts in China were invited to participate in the conference, and they were mostly frontline operation personnel.
The conference summarized the training experience from the previous four training conferences for agents and considered the most urgent needs of the sales staff. There are four parts, including product knowledge, academic promotion, experience sharing and practice on site that aimed to make trainees manipulate the core sales skills in such limited time.
Most participants expressed that they learned a lot during the conference, and would keep in touch with us. The training conference brought a successful close and achieved desired objectives.
