The 2014 Annual Meeting of Liver Disease of Chinese Medical Association from September 11th to 13th was held in China National Convention Center. The conference put more emphasizes on expounding the progress of pharmacotherapy and showing the research achievement of young scholars.
Dr. Zhongping Duan from Beijing You∮an Hospital, the Chairman of the branch of Hepatology of Chinese Medical Association, hosted the opening ceremony. Then Dr. Lai Wei from People∮s Hospital of Peking University, the Chairman of the branch of Hepatology of Chinese Medical Association, as well as Dr. Scano Fabio from WHO made the welcome and opening address.
There is no doubt that the meeting would facilitate and strengthen the collaboration in education and research among academic institutions across the Pacific and help enhance the level of the diagnosis and management in this kind of disease.
