In January 2016, the first Shenzhen Kangzhe Regional Manager Conference 2016 was held at the Shenzhen head office and lasted for two days . The agenda of the conference included: sales summary of Q4 2015; assessment principles of regional management and reward policies，as well as products promotion strategies. Video conferencing was used to facilitate the involvement of senior leaders of the Group and Shenzhen Kangzhe, district managers, regional managers, promotion managers and promotion assistants . Relative departments of the headquarter also attended the conference.
