To better understand the core essence of products and share valuable experience for the regional cardiovascular department, the Marketing Department organized the first training conference during September 3rd to September 6th. Our CEO Mr. Lin paid high attention to this conference.
Over 180 managers attended this conference. The contents mainly included data analysis, promotion strategies and thoughts sharing. Local senior managers represented by Mr. Jiang and Mr. Yang gave brilliant comments as well as direction in the conference.
The successful holding of this conference, is a new beginning of our training program. It‘s an ongoing project that we should strengthen the construction of grass-roots management team, improve the efficiency of policy conveying. We should continually update our thinking and make breakthrough that we can follow the high-speed development of the company.
