Based on the long-term satisfactory collaboration, China Medical System Holdings Limited(CMS) and Lundbeck Export A/S have a continuation mechanism stipulated in the supplementary annex signed on January 31, 2013 regarding their product Deanxit. According to the agreement, CMS’s exclusive promotion and sales right of Deanxit in the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) has been extended from 31 December 2018 to 31 December 2020 with Lundbeck.
