On 26 May 2026, the 2026 Global Commercial Newspaper Economic Forum and the “Golden Kunpeng” China Financial Value Ranking Awards Ceremony, co-hosted by the Global Commercial Newspaper Alliance and Hong Kong Commercial Daily, was held in Hong Kong. China Medical System Holdings Limited (“CMS” or the “Group”) stood out among a broad field of participating companies on the strength of its solid fundamentals and sustainable growth outlook, winning two awards: “Best Listed Company” and “Most Investable Listed Company”. Meanwhile, based on the Group’s overall performance in innovative R&D, growth and liquidity, the Group was officially included as a constituent of the Hong Kong Commercial Daily Technology Index.

The “Best Listed Company” award provides a comprehensive assessment across core indicators including financial performance, corporate governance, ESG practices and market influence, while the “Most Investable Listed Company” award focuses on dimensions such as the sustainability of the business model, financial soundness and industry growth potential. Winners of the China Financial Value Ranking are determined through a structured process covering application-based preliminary screening, multi-dimensional data collection and validation, review by an authoritative expert advisory panel, and final benchmarking by the organizing committee. This is the second consecutive year that CMS has been recognized in the “Golden Kunpeng” China Financial Value Rankings, underscoring continued market recognition of the Group’s long-term steady operations and high-quality development strategy.

At the same time, CMS has been included in the newly launched Hong Kong Commercial Daily Technology Index. The index focuses on “hard tech + real innovation” and covers cutting-edge innovation sectors such as artificial intelligence and biotechnology. The Group’s inclusion reflects strong recognition by the index compiler of the Group’s innovation-driven value.

The strong recognition from the capital markets reflects the tangible progress of the Group’s strategic upgrade: the commercial value of seven approved innovative drugs and multiple exclusive products is unlocking at an accelerated pace, with a further seven New Drug Applications (NDAs) currently under regulatory review; its subsidiary Dermavon has grown into a leading company in China’s skin health sector, with its proposed spin-off and independent listing underway; the Group’s international business has formally entered the commercialization stage, building a second growth curve across new geographies; and AI-powered digital intelligence has been deeply integrated across the Group’s end-to-end operating and management processes, systematically enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making precision. With “innovative product capabilities, diversified commercialization and industrial internationalization” as its core growth engines, CMS has returned to a long-cycle growth trajectory and, through its continued commitment to high-quality shareholder returns, has further strengthened long-term confidence from the capital markets and reinforced the foundation for sustainable growth.

Looking ahead, we will translate market recognition into continued momentum: creating outstanding commercial value while contributing to broader social well-being and continuously injecting innovation momentum into the advancement of human health.
